For each quiz you complete you need to submit evidence. When you have completed the quiz:

1. Take a screenshot of the final screen showing
   1. the name of the quiz
   2. your score (if the quiz gives a score)
   3. the date you completed the quiz
2. Make sure everything on the screenshot is clearly readable
